2.First month’s rent—$1790 or up (Prorated)
3.First month’s utility fee—$150 (Prorated)
4.Second month’s rent—$1790 or up
5.Second month’s utility fee—$150

Optional fees: Rental AC:$60/month, Bed sheets:$50, etc.

Definitions of each fees.

1.Deposit : $800(Equally for all rooms)
We will fully refund your deposit upon move-out.

2&3.The first month rent & utility fee will be prorated on the basis of 30 days.
If the actual utility fee (including WiFi) is more than $180, we will charge for excesses.

*Rent for 3 days from the next available move-in date will be waved.
-We hold a room for 3 days with no cost.

4&5.Second month’s rent & utility fee is to be paid upon check-in.
