You can have up to a $80 discount from your monthly rent, depends on the length of your stay.
・ $40 discount applies to your monthly rent if you will stay at K’z Share House more than 6 months.
・ $80 discount applies to your monthly rent if you will stay at K’z Share House for 1 year.
* Please notify us how long you will stay at K’z Share House when you make a reservation or before move-in date.
※If you change your plan to live and extend the period of 6 months or 12 months, you can email us about it, however a discount will not be applied on your monthly rent retroactively.
※You can leave K’z Share House before the move out date by paying the total amount of discount you have received.
※If you are paying a rent which is lower than the latest one on K’z website, you may not able to have the discount even though you stay for more than 1 year.
For example, if your current rent is $900 and K’z website rent is more than $980, the discount will not be applied in that case.
※If you want to move to another room in K’z, you can still have the discount up to two times.
However, the discount will start over if you move to another room more than three times.
※Another discounts will not be applied with this long term discount.
